The Circuit of Barf 30km / 18.5 miles
Mostly pleasant cycling on country lanes and well graded forest roads visiting one of the quieter corners of the Lake District. The few bridleway sections are not too tricky.
The Altura Mountain Bike Trail 19km / 12 miles
Purpose built trails. Mostly singletrack. Red standard with optional black. The route is well waymarked and so a map is not a necessity however it gives an idea of what is involved before setting off and also includes the forest trails for possible detours.
