Kendal to Lambrigg Fell
An enjoyable circuit of the countryside to the eat of Kendal. The country lane are narrow twisting, fast and fun. The bridleway section follows the airy crest of Green Bank Fell, then makes a crossing of wild, heathery Lambrigg Fell. There are wide views in every direction and some very interesting riding.
Long Route 24km / 15 miles
A long gradual climb into the forest is rewarded with fine view over Coniston Water and an excellent descent past the abandoned farm at Lawson Park.
Docker Fell Bridleway
An alternate descent from Lambrigg Fell.
Shorter Route 16km / 10 miles
Starting at New Hutton instead of Kendal.
